(I) How We Collect Your Personal Information
We will only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:
When you register a SIMMONS HK account, we need to collect your mobile phone number. We will send you an SMS verification code to verify your identity.
If you choose to create an account by setting a password, we will also collect and store (encrypt) your password. Additionally, to provide you with a more comprehensive service report, you can choose to complete your personal information. We need to collect and use the avatar, nickname, gender, birthday, and personal signature information you provide to us. If you refuse to provide this information, the service may not achieve its intended effect, but it will not affect your use of other products and/or services.
We collect the above information to provide you with SIMMONS HK's intelligent services, help you complete the registration of your SIMMONS HK account, and protect your account security. If you refuse to provide your mobile phone number, we will not be able to create an account for you, and you can only use the browsing service of the SIMMONS HK APP.
To provide you with snoring intervention and sleep report services, we will collect and use information you provide and set regarding your sleep schedule, snoring intervention level, bedtime, and wake-up time. To collect and analyze your snoring status, we will request microphone access to collect ambient sound and snoring sound information. We collect this information to help you with snoring intervention and provide sleep report services. We strive to ensure a good user experience for your app. If you refuse to grant microphone access, we will be unable to collect ambient sound and snoring sound, and you will not be able to use our snoring intervention service. This may also result in the sleep report service not achieving its intended effect, but it will not affect your use of the sleep report service and/or our other services.
To provide you with the wake-up alarm service, we will collect and use information you provide regarding alarm execution time, alarm cycle time, and wake-up alarm effect settings. You can also choose to enable or disable the wake-up alarm function under the "Wake-up" section. If you refuse to provide this information or choose to disable the wake-up alarm function, we will not be able to provide you with the wake-up alarm service, but it will not affect your normal use of our other services.
To provide you with remote control service, we need to connect your SIMMONS smart electric bed. We will request Bluetooth permission from you to connect the device and enable remote control via the app. If you refuse to grant Bluetooth permission, you will not be able to connect your phone to the SIMMONS smart electric bed for remote control, but this will not affect your normal use of our other services. Additionally, if you wish to disable the vibration of the app remote control buttons, you can turn off the vibration effect by clicking the "My - Settings - App Remote Control Button Vibration" button.
When you provide feedback, we will collect your textual opinions or suggestions. If you do not agree to us collecting the above information, you will not be able to provide text or image feedback, but this will not affect your normal use of our other services.
(II) Device Permission Access
During your use of the SIMMONS HK APP, we need to request device permissions from you within necessary limits. If you do not provide this information and grant the corresponding permissions, it will not affect your browsing of SIMMONS HK's basic services, but you may not be able to access the user experience provided by these additional services or functions. Please be aware that we do not grant your device permissions by default; the SIMMONS HK APP may only collect your information through device permissions if you actively confirm that permissions are granted. The permissions requested by the SIMMONS HK APP, the purpose of granting permissions, and the information requested from you before granting permissions are as follows:

(2) Microphone Permission: To use the snoring intervention service, you need to grant microphone permission. If you do not grant this permission, it will not affect the use of the product's basic functions, but you will not be able to use the service.
(3) Bluetooth/Location Permission: To connect your smart electric bed to achieve remote control service, you need to grant Bluetooth permission (lower versions of Android also require location permission to discover nearby Bluetooth devices). If you do not grant this permission, you will not be able to use the related services.
(4) Camera/Album Permission: If you need to upload photos/images to complete your personal information for better use of the personal homepage function, you need to grant the album permission. Not granting this permission will not affect the use of the product's basic functions, but may prevent the service from achieving the intended effect.
By granting the above permissions, you authorize us to collect and use this personal information to achieve the above functions. If you wish to deactivate the permissions after the initial authorization, you can do so in the device settings. You can decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time. If you choose to deactivate, we will no longer collect and use your personal information, nor will we be able to provide you with the functions corresponding to these authorizations. Your decision to deactivate permissions will not affect the processing of personal information previously authorized based on your consent.

(iv) Circumstances Where We Obtain Your Personal Information from Third Parties
We will not obtain your personal information from third parties. If we subsequently add account registration and login methods, such as authorizing the sharing of personal information (e.g., avatar, nickname, WeChat UserID), and bind or associate them with your account, enabling you to directly log in through a third-party account, use our products and/or services, or achieve interoperability between accounts, then we will strictly obtain the relevant information within the scope of your express consent, and, in accordance with agreements with third parties and after confirming the legality of the source of personal information, will use your personal information in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
